The person who did my initial estimate and then I was supposed to get updates from NEVER returned my call AND kept telling me I owed $1000.00 even after there were notes notes not the account and I had Nationwide call and speak to the receptionist and she noted it this women yelled at me that I owed her the $1000.00 deductible
