They didnât put the plugs back into the roof and it vibrates when I drive. They also disconnected my wiper fluid tube and didnât reconnect it.

The people were friendly, however it took much longer to fix than estimated. Mostly dismissing my concern about my tire that was obviously flat and suggesting that I give him a 10 on this survey is insulting.

Jeff was very nice and personable. I thought there was a good amount of communication. They got everything done so fast. I liked how the car rental was brought to me and I could return it to the body shop... especially because it isn't the nicest area. The texts were nice but slightly off with information.

Personable, Friendly and Professional. Very comfortable with the staff. Despite a miscalculation; Manager was quick to apologize and went out of their way to assist me. They provided a great solution that helped me. I would give them a 10+!!! Thank you guys!!!!
