My issue was that I was given several dates that my vehicle would be done.causing mebto rearrange my work schedule,then I was threatned to pay more fees of the rental if I did not pick it up Wednesday,when the rental was actually covered until 3/16/18 so i extended it til Monday,second my car was left outside in the lot onstead of stored,I paid cash,and they had to copy my bills two 100.00 bills to give as my receipt.

I had the best experience! Everyone was very friendly and assured me the quality of my repair would be satisfactory, not that I thought otherwise, just that they were very nice and made me feel better about the repairs and the situation. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they had just washed it (more than I usually get to!????) and they were still dusting of dirt spots just to make it shine. Thank you, certainly appreciate the effort in all the details and our overall experience with G&C Auto Body.
