When I lifted my WeatherTech mat, there were glass shards all under it. Since you had obviously removed it from the door jam, I was disappointed you had not vacuumed up the broken glass that was there.

Great Excellent service and was done in 3 weeks instead of 4 weeks But my drivers side window was left down! My car was full of pollen and when they brought it around front it was still down & it was raining my driver side door was wet & some of the seat! I'm disappointed about that, I had just cleaned my car a day before I brought it in. Plus I had almost a full tank of gas & it was right under 3/4 tank. Work & customer service were excellent but handling of my vehicle was very poor.
