I love the work that was done to my vehicle. My family and I have always used this shop for repairs (three name changes that I recall!). My only concern however, is a huge one. I was not informed about the risk of going to a car wash within 30 days. My vehicle was covered in a layer of pollen, so much so that I needed to use my windshield wipers to see well enough to even exit the parking lot. The car wash was less than a mile down the road, and on my way home. I have a monthly membership, so of course I stopped. It wasn't until later that evening when I had a chance to sit down and look over the paperwork that I noticed I was not supposed to wash the vehicle in a commercial car wash for 30 days! I called Gerber/Joe Hudson the following day and was told that I shouldn't have a problem, but to, "Keep an eye on things," and let them know if I experience any issues. I'm not sure exactly what that means, or for how long I need to keep an eye on things. I was reassured that, moving forward, they would be sure to inform customers of this critical warning. I can only hope and pray that, a year or two down the road, my paint won't start to fade, peel, or otherwise degrade.
