You, the Gerber team were fantastic! From the time I dropped off my car, coordinating with enterprise for a loaner and the almost daily text updates made my life less stressful. The paint should’ve been correctly colored from the beginning. Instead, the color was darker, and we had to have them redo it a second time instead of just doing it right the first time. We lost an extra week with the car because of that.

Clear coat left in “orange peel” state. We left the car an addition week and was told it was getting resprayed. Then told it needed to be buffed out. Car given to us with swirl marks and evidence of repair.

Everyone was professional. There was frequent communication regarding the status of the repairs. The repairs and paint were so well done that you can’t even tell where the damage was. They took care of my rental car return for me. And they returned it much cleaner than when I dropped it off. 😊
