The only concern are the scratches on the car door. I didn’t see them when I brought the car in and they don’t show on the pictures taken of the car when I brought it in. Manager is going to call and discuss on Monday. Not worried about it. I’ve used this shop for years and sure we can figure this out.

I couldn't get into the shop closest to where I live because they were booked out over two months, so I went to one farther away. It took over six weeks to get my car fixed and when I picked it up there were more repairs that needed to be done. I brought it back for those repairs and when I went to pick it up they said they actually needed to do some more work, so I waited three hours while they did that.

Took a little longer than I was expecting but seems like they had staffing issues out of their control that should be resolved now. Work was great and I was more than happy with the quality of the repairs to my car! My car needed pretty extensive body work and they managed to make it look like nothing ever happened.
