I wasn’t happy with the foot prints on my after market driver floor mat. Obviously the paint guys didn’t cover the mat with a paper mat to keep the gray paint foot prints off my mats. I think the office staff could also improve on their in communications. Ex: no where in talking with Nick or in my written estimate was anything said about how long the repair would take. I was left to be surprised when I was booking the appt. Fortunately my calendar was clear for the week… but most people I’m sure need to probably make arrangements BEFORE they call to set up the drop off. Repair was great. Attention to details perfect. Attention to other details need improvement. A paper floor mat would have been great to keep the foot prints of gray paint off my black floor mats and carpeting. Got most of it off but I shouldn’t have had to do that. Also clearer communication with the quote of HOW LONG THE CAR would be needed for the repairs to be done …would have been GREAT. Should be included on the estimate! Peggy

While the repair looks good, the back of my SUV was left in a filthy condition with shredded plastic, dirt, used plastic caps, dirty footprints and hand prints left everywhere. I spent an hour cleaning it out.

Originally I was a little scheptical about two weeks lead time, but they overcame painting employee’s leaving and was able to manage the original completion date by pushing hard last couple of days to meet the original date. They did a great job.
