The original verbal, face-to-face estimate for time to complete the car repair was four to five days. It was confusing to get at least two "automated" emails, apparently from the larger company, that gave a later date for completing the repair. Any new information about needing longer to complete the repair should be done with a phone call, not an email. Telling me that AMICA estimated a longer time to repair is also not permissible. Your original verbal commitment is what I expect you to adhere to, unless you call me with a valid reason for delay.
