They refused to fix the dent in the hood caused by debris hurt it and now the paint doesn’t match so it stands out and looks bad. To me it’s unacceptable. Do not understand why I am stuck with this obvious unsightly error.

The hood wasn’t painted or repaired and now it totally stands out looks terrible because it’s obviously two different colors. Also it’s the first thing you see when you look at a car. So bad on you. There is much more flake / sparkles in the new paint so not a good match. Really dissatisfied. He was nice but did not do as asked as well as it doesn’t match. That’s huge!
