I appreciate the work. But am unhappy about the transparency of the progress and multiple delay in the work. The original ETA was 9/12. It was pushed out multiple times and this Monday 10/6 I got the car, and learning that still one piece not done and I need to come back for that in 2 weeks. I understand work is work and trust you are doing the right thing. But lack of transparency makes it worse. Multiple times an update ETA was given but no update came in time. I have also sent out emails asking for progress, not getting update. I kind of feeling because the project get delays your guys are shy to deliver bad news. But not giving update just make it feel worse.

Very easy to work with, and the quality of the work done is unnoticeable from before the damage.

Only issue is automated texts did not agree with talking to the humans either on the phone or in person. 10/10 for the people i talked to.

They did a great job on the car but communication could have been better. Their paint facility was down for 5 days, which delayed getting our car back. We weren’t told until after the paint facility was repaired and 20 cars were ahead of us. But they were able to expedite our vehicle after I explained our situation.
