Customer service with Estimator was very good to excellent regarding setting up insurance claim assignment/car rental. Didn't talk to collision shop technicians or manager. Still working on last claim for rental car to transfer new car rental charges to newest Claim.

Gerber Bellevue did a fantastic job, thanks to Nick he was able to get the repairs done on time. Please be mindful, not all Gerbers are the same, I’m only vouching for Bellevue, I’ve had less than acceptable service at other locations.
