Appreciated those at Gerber for they’re genuine desire of everyone from office to repair to do their best work, to do it in compliance what I desired and the outcome couldn’t please me more! More than excellent work at a reasonable price!

The location in Charlotte was very helpful and kept me informed. The location in Gastonia was a different story. The one disappointment was that they didn’t put my receiver back in the hitch and I needed it this weekend and have to make another trip to the location Monday to pick it up after they find it.

Maybe alignment should have been done Before paint job to avoid the damage to fresh paint which I discovered when I came to pick up car and had to leave it for another touch up and come get it a second time. All else was great. People very polite helpful and knowledgeable.
