I thought the experience was good overall. The communication tailed off as time went on in the week and no calls were made with updates on the price increases. I originally thought I’d have the car back by Wednesday and it wasn’t ready until Friday and I had to call them for an update.

I didn't like the text response instructing me to pick up my vehicle after requesting an updated estimate. This included the written explanation with determination report classifying vehicle's appraisal that was done. Amanda Operations Manager response was sassy and unnecessary given An updated estimate was truly needed and I chose this place of all places to do business with. No apology on her behalf. Then when I come into agreement with pickup with shop via text with adjuster and total loss rep J. Myers everyone went silent as a mouse urinating on cotton. But still asked if I'm picking up my vehicle. That type of mishandling I will never come back to or refer business to. The work itself on the plus side is absolutely impeccable at the moment so far so good. The lady at the front desk is lovely in manner and style of dress. Shelby took the time out to patiently break everything down. Which in doing good business is often need than not and in a rush to if you don't like it I'm going to use this moment to take negative action or force compliance or silence. That has never worked well with me. I don't have to go out of the way in disrespect or go nuts in order to gain clarity and take my business elsewhere. That's what I intend to do with remaining repairs. Not that it couldn't be done there. Internally I settled not to. It started out rough but end up well. Had Amanda made an attempt to apologize for the text trust would have been rebuilt but a person who fails to acknowledge a thing or see a thing to an end as Management. I will silently evaluate and conclude whether to do business once and again. And in this case the answer is, No highly unlikely.

I got 4 quotes on my vehicle and went with Gerber. The other quoters took no time reviewing the vehicle and said I needed two new doors. Gerber took time and consideration and said it can be repaired not replaced. I’m so happy with how it looks.
