Outstanding from drop off to pick up. This is my 3rd experience here. Communication & transparency is great. Jerry is empathetic, professional & has great interpersonal skills. Keegan was terrific & also a calming, reassuring presence at the desk. The work was spectacular. I have recommended this location to several people over the years. Their customer interface & their work are second to none. Given the circumstances of being a customer after an accident, this Gerber location & its staff minimizes the anxiety & provides reassurance of a positive experience.
