Your team at the crystal lake location are fabulous...they walked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. Jerry Martinez was great and got my car done early.he was thoughtful and very nice. Kegan, the receptionist was also very nice and very helpful and made me feel at ease...its Scarry when you are involved in an accident and dont know what to expect. Thank you Hats off to them!!!

It was less than the time I was told. Very nice people. The only thing was my driver side was left with mud all over and my trunk messy with some stuff all over my things. They missed a scratch too from what was supposed to be repaired. Overall it was good.
