This is the second time I've used Gerber. I'm exceptionally pleased that they took the time to buff the hood of my car, even though that wasn't was getting fixed. I enjoy getting texts on the progress of my cooper. I also love that they vacuumed my car. It was a nice surprise! Above and beyond!

Very impressed and my expectations were met above and beyond what was promised. From Dawn on the phone to Scott making sure i was informed and satisfied with my car Gerber was by far the best car collision company i have dealt with. The updates were also a very nice touch letting me know by tex how things were coming along. Thanks Gerber! I don't impress easy but you guys did a great job.
