The front office experience was excellent with Ms. Shayla (I believe her name was). Further, the service representative was excellent as well and I believe his name was Juan. The stress level can be intensified when dealing with insurance, car rentals, and car repairs. The Gerber staff was effective with the assistance that they rendered.
