My passenger headlight is not working. When I dropped off my vehicle both headlights were working properly. I had asked to get a quote to replace them but I denied the service. This leads me to believe they did this on purpose. The car job was NOT completed when I picked up today 9/05/2024 I still have to wait a week to received a part missing from my vehicle. Never got any updates or emails or calls. Only got messages telling me that my vehicle was gonna be delayed about 3 to 4 times. I had to personally call to find out that my car was gonna take longer. Only to come and pick it up and the headlight not working. Sandly I found out at night driving with my toddler in the car. Which is very dangerous.

Specifically, you guaranteed a 'like new' finish, but the actual outcome is subpar. It's clear that the car was repaired, but the workmanship is not up to the standards you promised. I feel let down by the discrepancy between your promises and the reality of the job. I expect a higher level of quality and attention to detail.
