Repairs done were very well...5-star! The final detailing was subpar...3-stars as there was sticky stuff left in a few places, the roof & passenger side of windshield was not detailed and the big disappointment was that the vehicle registration/inspection sticker was not put on the new windshield. Glad they remembered the rear view mirror! Was told it wasn't Gerber's responsibility, it was the customer's. WtH.. I've had a few replaced and the sticker was replaced by the installers without any input by me. So if that is Gerber policy as I was told then it needs to be told to the customer. Nothing was told to me, not the initial estimate visit or during the final drop off walk through. Gerber offered no reimbursement so I'm now a dissatisfied customer because I have to burn gas, stand in a long line & pay money to get a replacement sticker. I would still recommend Gerbers, but with a buyer beware *
