First of all the process was scheduled over 2 weeks out to be completed. After that schedule it was delayed but another day. The repair agent assigned to me sometimes didn't call on the scheduled update day.

My repair wasn't done at the promised time. I didn't receive the updates at the times promised, I did receive some updates just not all of them. had to call them to check on the progress.
