I was impressed they kept me so informed during the entire process. I feel they were honest with me the entire time. They were flexible with me on my pick up times. They fixed two things and on the third they admitted they weren't exactly sure how to fix and suggested I visit a Nissan dealer to be sure. I was impressed.

I can't express how grateful I am to Gerber. I hate car stuff, and even dealing with minor car situations gives me anxiety! I was put completely at ease through the entire process. The repairs were explained to me in a way I could understand. My car was quickly fixed, and was BEAUTIFUL when I picked it up. I wasn't expecting it to be washed and looking brand new!!
