Email status updates I received were not accurate. The vehicle was ready for pickup on a Friday, yet on Thursday and the morning of that Friday, email informed me that the vehicle would be ready on the following Monday.

Yes I had a great experience at Gerber. Alora was very professional and helpful. She was efficient and went out of her way and made extra calls to the rental company to help resolve issues. I would definitely work with her again. Jarod was also very helpful.

There was an issue when I went to pick up my car which had to be fixed, which extended the repair a day. After just dropping off the rental, at a distance, it had to be brought back. The Enterprise man left and I spoke with office staff. When I went to leave there was no key. I spent two hours at Gerber. The staff was very nice, paid for extra rental day and offered to bring car to my home. I used the coupon anyone can use. As a previous business owner, I would've offered a discount for the inconvenience. I paid the full $563. That said, the manager may not have been there when I was, it was lunch time. In certain light the paint looks wavy but I'm unsure about that. The staff is very personable.

They did a amazing job with my silverado it looks amazing and they where always on point and kept be aware of everything that was going on they where vary vary nice and respect full and helped me and did everything I asked them for and were always keeping communication with me everyday.
