Coincidentally upon picking up my vehicle, the passenger side mirror does not fold in or out the passenger side window does not go up or down without three or four tries. There’s a slow leak in the sidewall of my driver side front tire and my engine light is on none of these were occurring prior to dropping my vehicle off to you. I know it was towed to Syracuse and back because that’s where they have the availability so I don’t know what they do to the front end when they pick up the vehicle to tow it. So I got stranded for three hours on Tuesday at Turning Stone Casino waiting for AAA to come and change the tire now I have to go see which I believe will not be repairable because it’s a sidewall leak at the car dealership and see what the engine light is but still need to drop the car back off according to you at one of your shops, but they have to plan for an outside group to come in to evaluate the mirror and the window you did do repair repairs on the passenger side, rear window, and on the body on the passenger side coincidentally which cost almost $200!!! 😩😩frustrated!!
