They repaired it well but took 9 days and didn’t order the part until my car was there . Not efficient . Had I knew it would be so long I would have gotten a loaner car .

Excellent quality work! Gerber has great coordination between the insurance company, Enterprise for the rental car, and the customer making the whole process easy. An unexpected pleasant surprise was how clean the interior was when I got it back. We had just returned from a vacation with small children the day before I dropped it off, so it was a bit of a disaster inside, but I appreciate the extra effort to make it nice again! I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone I know that’s in an accident.

I had to call for updates, the online website updated me but when I got an update that the car was complete, I came to pick it up and it was not done yet. I called the next week where I was told it’s still not done and told not to trust the online/text automated updater.

Although they told me it would be ready on a certain day. That estimate was extended by a week based on availability of the door. They said it would be ready on Thursday and when I called on my way in they said Friday. Let them know I was coming in from out of town and they prioritized to complete it by my arrival which was appreciated
