Everything was great, the repairs are perfect car looks almost new. My only issue is that although I recognize it wasn't a good repair, my rear bumper had a small patch I did myself that was spray painted and clear coated. That's now gone I'm guessing from a polish that was done to exterior. Also nothing was done or said about the exhaust, I understand there was a leak but like I told the employee at the beginning, it was just a small leak after the accident it sounds like it's falling off and rattling. If nothing can be done or insurance doesn't approve it I understand but nothing was said to me about it. Other than those two things the repair was beyond my expectations and I'm glad I went to you guys.

I was called and told my SUV was ready to be picked up 24 hours before the promised time! That was great, just wish I had some forwarning so I could have made arrangements to come get as soon as it was done. I was still able to pick about 6 hours earlier than I thought I was going to, which is a bonus.

i traveled to Lebanon OH from Atlanta GA for the Holidays. on the way a deer ran into the side of my SUV while I was going 70 MPH. The Gerber in Lebanon could not repair my SUV in time for me to return to Atlanta on time but the manager there took the time to try to find a nearby Gerber that could. Farifeld not only said they could, but called me and told me it was done 24 hours ahead of schedule.
