It took 3 times to get my car right. The 2nd trip to Gerber was because car was overheating and there wasn't any antifreeze in the antifreeze container. The 3rd trip to Gerber was because I had no heat.

Lauren gets a 10 because when my car needed to be towed from my home to Gerber for the 2nd repair she acted correctly and super fast. Before I could even ask about the tow Lauren said she would call the tow company and alert them about my situation.

The car wash was not a good car wash there was sticky glue around the front bumper, and on the hood

There was confusion between pick up time and returning enterprise rental. I was told by the front desk person that the rental will be return the next day, so I had to go drop off the car before 6 closing time because they told me to pick my car up at 530. Then I had to walk back to gerber collision before 6 pm which is when they closed. Then after I got back the car wasn't done for pick up till after 6pm. Also they told me it would be ready by 3 pm but never was told it was gonna be late because they don't have one of the part
