I made mention of my hood being misaligned. I really needed my vehicle back this weekend so I told them i'd live with it. Just so happens I can't because it's off more than I originally thought. Off so bad in fact that yesterday while replacing my headlight bulb because the drivers side blew after the passenger light was replaced I realized that due to the hood being misaligned it had been hitting of the brand new headlight housing and cracked one of the adjustment mounts! The front bumper cover had a nice repair and paint blend done, but the install seems very flimsy. The body panel pins don't seem to hold it on very securely. Overall even though the staff was friendly I am extremely unhappy with the results of the work done!

They SCREWED my car up and have had to have it fixed over 3 times..it's still in the shop after a few weeks. Their mistakes: GLUEING my fender flares to my new bumper when the clips they ordered didn't hold it, overspray of white paint on the side of my black SUV, absurd new scratches where they worked that they filled n made look even worse, and my hitch receiver that is meant to towe 3500 lbs was not tightened at all and was even missing a bolt. HORRIBLE shop with no respect.

They've had my car for a half of month already, went to pick it up and on 3 occasions they have had and are still fixing mistakes- GLUEING/ epoxy to hold my fender flares together because they would not hold with the clips they ordered, white overspray on the side of my vehicle which they failed to remove half of it the second time going in to take it off, huge scratches near where they worked that they filled and made look even worse rather than fixing their absurd scratches, my hitch was missing a bolt and one entire side wasn't even screwed in! Granted that's to pull 3500 lbs! Scary work practices that I will never trust. Not to mention they tried blaming me for a lot of their mistakes...until I realized last minute they glued my car together when

All of the employees I interacted with were super nice and helpful. My car was done very quickly; the day before my promise date! It looks fantastic and I was so appreciative of my car being washed (it really needed it!) and vacuumed. I hope that I never have to bring my car in for body repair again, but if I do, I would definitely choose Gerber to do it. I already told my mother and fiancé about how impressed I was and recommended Gerber to them, and will certainly recommend them to anyone I know who needs repairs on a vehicle. 10/10.
