My Jeep came back in great condition (minus the slight rattle in the tailgate when lowering it). But I didn’t feel like I was kept in the loop on what was going on with my vehicle during the process. Missed call backs and a lot of unanswered questions just had me stressed out from time to time. Aside from that it was overall a good experience, my jeep looks the way it did when she came home with me the day I got her!
