Drew was amazing! He was professional, detailed, informative, and fun! Give him a raise immediately! The repair time was fast! I was reluctant to leave my rental there for close out without me present but he reassured me it would be ok and honest. It was very convenient since I had my 4 children with me. All was well with the rental close out and I was issued my deposit refund in full. I will definitely recommend this company!

Drew was amazing! I was very stressed dealing with this circumstance (not at fault). Drew was very professional, thorough, detailed, reassuring, and fun! I especially appreciate the collaboration with enterprise since I had my children with me and one in a car seat. I was reluctant to leave the rental there without my presence during closeout, but Drew reassured me of their honesty. He was right and all was well. It was very convenient and appreciated. Please give Drew a raise right away!!!!!! I will definitely recommend this business to anyone!
