Jenny was wonderful and helped so much with my kids and car seats! Would suggest a newer loaner vehicle though. The van I got was in rough shape.

All I have to say is that Gerber staff out of the expressway dr branch were not only profesional, but amazingly kind and caring. It is my second positive experience with them and they will do ANYTHING to satisfy your needs. My vehicle was given back to me better than I left it not only for the collision fix but they washed it and detailed it!!! I would recommend them and Gerber with eyes closed. Thank you for such amazing service!!!

Great service and company, but more than that, the staff was incredibly courteous, helpful, professional and always happy!!! They helped my wife for zero $ once and they continue to be kind every time.
