Unfortunately, the new parts that were replaced had damage from being installed incorrectly. The painted replacement parts weren't bad, but not the paint quality you'd expect from a professional, top-dollar repair shop. I noticed these discrepancies while pulling into the pickup lot before talking to any staff. I told the front desk staff about these problems before signing the finished work release papers. The front desk was very respectful. They ordered new replacement parts and assured me everything would be corrected. The real concern is that there was no quality control and supervisor inspection of the finished product before attempting to return it to the customer. Luckily, I conducted my own inspection. I'd be very unhappy if this wasn't completely covered by insurance. I'm unsure if I would use this company again. I couldn't in good faith recommend them to others without telling them about this experience.
