Office people were kind, but scheduling management'was very poor. A small door repair for a dent took 16 days, with my car just sitting there for most of it. Also several other issues I’d be happy to explain with a phone call

Office people were kind, but someone wasn’t on there job with scheduling, also I feel I was lied to about how long it would take and they made me think they’d be cleaning my car after. When I called the morning it was finally done to see if it was ready they said they just had to clean it first and it’d be ready by the time I wanted it at 3 pm. There is absolutely no way they cleaned it inside or out. It felt dirtier than I left it. It just made me feel lied to and that they didn’t care and were doing the bare minimum to say they did their job.
