Once Cassidy Tobias was put to work taking care of getting my Kenworth T680 parts things ran smoothly. Cassidy is the reason this question got a 10. I was very dissatisfied with the original estimate Danny. I believe he could've handled my claim faster then it was handled. Cassidy shouldve been handling from the beginning. I had to make several calls to Danny...I wasnt pleased. The body technician who did the work did an amazing job from what I've been able to see.

Some of the repairs completed are not holding up well, causing more damage, all of the repairs have still not been completed and we have not received an itemized bill to show what we and our insurance paid for.

I have worked with this team in the past and it was okay. This time the communication was terrible and unprofessional. Then we were told a tow bill $400 was going to collections because we didn't call and pay right away (working on insurance claim). Just rude and unprofessional overall experience.
