I would give a score higher than 10 if I could. The customer service made the experience for me. They were kind, thorough in their explanation of the process and making sure we had a comfort level, they kept us up-to-date on the process, and made sure everything met our expectations when we picked the vehicle up. And, this was the approach from everyone in the organization. While I hope we don't need these services in the future, if we do, we will for sure return.
