Gerber has the repair and car rental down to a science. With their daily updates and follow-ups, I was on top of the repairs as Gerber worked through the repairs. They call Enterprise to drop off the Rental Car and to pick it up. Gerber is as close to “perfect” as any company can be expected to be.

Everything was great from the turnaround time, as well as the work itself. We did find one imperfection that you were willing to fix the very next day. So that was good. The worst part of everything is the smell of paint inside the car. It’s been 4 days and it still smells like a spray booth inside the car. Not sure how you seal the vehicle while it’s being sprayed, but definitely could’ve done better. Hopefully it will go away, after 4 days we still have to roll the windows down while driving.
