ON THE DETAILING OF MY CAR, I KNOW GERBER COLLISION DID NOT DO IT ITSELF. THEY SENT THE CAR OUT TO A DETAIL SHOP ON ROUTE 47. I'VE GOT THE NAME OF IT ANYWAY. THE DETAIL THAT THEY DID, I FEEL THAT THEY COULD HAVE DID A BETTER DETAILED JOB WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY GOT PAID FOR DURING THE DETAILED JOB, DOES NOOKS AND CRANNIES WHERE THEY MISS SPOTS AND EVERYTHING. I'M NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THAT. EVEN THE 5I GAVE EM PRIDE WAS MAYBE TOO HIGH, BUT REGARDLESS, I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE DETAILED JOB LIKE THE AND THE INSIDE IN OUTSIDE. THERE'S ISSUES, BUT ANYWAY, CAUSE EVEN ON THE DASHBOARD, THERE WAS LIKE PIECES OF GLASS AND STUFF FROM WHERE THE WINDOW WAS BROKEN. BUT ANYWAY, REGARDLESS, THAT GLASS SHOULD NOT EVEN BE THERE. IF THEY PROFESSIONALLY DETAILED THE CAR, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN AND PLEASE CALL ME SO I CAN TALK TO A LIVE PERSON ABOUT THIS. MY PHONE NUMBER IS 7738128088. THANK YOU

I GIVE GERBER COLLISION A 10 BECAUSE JOE, THE MANAGER. I BELIEVE HIS NAME IS JOE AND THE STAFF BROOKE AND EVERYBODY WAS COURTEOUS AND EVERYTHING AND YOU KNOW, IN TOUCH WITH ME ABOUT WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THE CAR AND EVERYTHING I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH GERBER COLLISION. BUT AS FAR AS THE WORK THAT THEY DID, THERE IS SOME MINOR THINGS THAT I'LL, I'LL TAKE TIME TO TALK TO JOE WHEN I HAVE A CHANCE.BUT RIGHT NOW , THAT'S IT FOR NOW.

Getting hit was horrible, not getting back a 100k car that is one year old in like new condition is very frustrating and disappointing. I am taking the car to be professionalism cleaned and hopefully they can remove the leather issues.
