When i first talked to Brooke on the phone to ask about bringing my car in she was very friendly and knew exactly what to tell me. Then when I came in with my car to have Brandon check my car over he didn’t just look at it and say it will be $3000 like others did. Brandon took time to show me exactly what they will do to my car and why they have to take off the stripes and the letters. He was very professional. If my car ever gets into an accident again, which I hope not, Gerber is where I will be bringing my car.

Gerber called me like promised last Friday to inform me that the Toyota Part last one need ed to complete the repair on my vehicle, they had place a “after market “ part on my car so that I could pick it up earlier that week while the “aftermarket part” was close, the fit was slightly off, so when they told me that they would call when they received the “Toyota Part”, and that I could have the work done in 15 minutes to complete. With that being said the called me on Friday told me that the received the part and that I could make a appointment for them to swap parts, I setup Monday at 9:00, I checked in on Monday morning as scheduled, and they swap out the parts within the 15 minutes of my arrival, the new “Toyota Part” fit perfectly! Great job Gerber !
