First of all no one returns calls at the Huntley location second of all they never put the Jeep emblem back on my hood is crooked and there's scratches on my car that we're not there I'm hoping this is resolved immediately they also did not take care of insurance and the rental car that they said they were going to this has been a nightmare.

This has been a nightmare first they don't return phone calls second of all they forgot my Jeep emblem the hood is crooked and there's scratches that were not there before. Also they never dealt with Enterprise and my insurance like I was told they were going to and Enterprise filled me for the entire rental when it was supposed to be covered with insurance and I was told by Gerber that they were handling all this I am so frustrated

First plus was the response time to get the car in for the estimate second plus was they got it in to start repairs in just a few days and the third plus and probably the biggest one was they communicated regularly (2 days a week) on where they were at with the repairs absolutely wonderful group to work with and last but not least the car was beautiful when they were done !!!!! Special kudos to Brandon !
