I received the best communication from Gerber every steep of my cars repair which was nice I didn't have to call. Daryl was so thorough reviewing the process from parts to possible outcomes so there were no surprises once they started the work and some parts mentioned were damaged that could not be seen in the initial estimate. When the repairs were complete our 15 year old car looked as beautiful as the day I purchased it. He went over every replaced part inside and out; we could not be more satisfied with the service and customer service. I will never settle for any other shop for any future accident repairs should we need them! Thank you Daryl and Gerber!!

Your team at this facility is very thorough and very amazing. Great service. I believe it starts at point of sale at the counter. Specifically, the young lady named Brooke she is amazing with her customer service of people skills, she always wears a smile and when I picked my vehicle up, I got the same thing as when I dropped it off great service from everybody, especially from Brooke. My vehicle looked great. Great repairs were done so yes I am extremely satisfied. I would use Gerber again or refer them to friends or family. Merry Christmas happy new year to all. Thanks for a great facility in my neighborhood.
