The work quality appears to be very good but the job took much longer than it should have (5 weeks!). I had to call several times to request status and each time I heard new excuses. Very frustrating for both me and for Gerber.

I would highly recommend Gerber. This was the first time that I had a collision. My neighbor had recommended Gerber. And I was extremely extremely pleased for the first time. The young man estimated the car and explain everything to me then the receptionist set up the appointment everything was done, extremely professional. I am so pleased.
