Mario was great from start to finish. He was very thorough in his assessment of the damage to our vehicle. He communicated well and executed a plan without hiccup. My Experience

I’m not someone who completes surveys or writes reviews, but Gerber Collision & Glass in Indian Trail has outdone themselves again and deserves a glowing review. This place is filled with people that genuinely care about what they do, and both times my truck had to have collision work done, they made my truck look like it belongs on the showroom floor again. Their quality work and amazing customer service has made me a lifelong customer for any and all body work I may need in the future. I’ll never go to any other body shop besides Gerber Collision & Glass in Indian Trail.

My Experience

It was great that the jeep repairs were completed ahead of schedule. There were at least 7 pieces of grit in separate areas visible on the painted fender. I flagged it to the person on duty, John, who also spotted it right away. John had it addressed immediately, via buffing out the clear coat. An hour later (while my wife and I had to wait) it was fixed and looked great. Issue was that I shouldn’t have been the quality control step nor should have had to wait so long.
