Smooth process, great communication. Workmanship seems solid, although I’ve only had it for one day. The only thing missing was some paint chip repairs on the hood and back bumper. Overall, very satisfied with the final outcome of the repair.

Not happy with the paint job. There are multiple fish eyes where the car was repainted. Gerber is saying it’s due to rock chips. This is a new car and didn’t have those on the car at drop off. The steering wheel also has a scratch on it that wasn’t there when it was dropped off. The new front bumper color also looks a little off when looking at the car from a distance. Not satisfied! This is my son’s car and he works for Caliber Collision. He brought the car here because his repair shop has a new painter and wanted to make sure this was done perfectly. We made a mistake bringing it to Gerber!
