Generally they were great. I wish they could have done more to estimate damages when we first came in. They could not remove any parts, but it was clear there was going to be some underlying damage and that they would need to order more parts later. I understand that this is common practice and not their fault, but it would reduce repair time if the could make a more thorough estimate
