The repair was completed but service took over 6 weeks. Understandable that parts take a while to come in, but at around week 3 I was consistently told that it would be done by the end of the week. Not having my car for this long caused my family a lot of distress and inconvenience.

The staff at the Keystone Gerber location is amazing and I am so thankful that I chose to take my car there for repairs. I was a bit skeptical at first since I had never heard of Gerber and I had trouble finding the building at first but their customer service is the best you’ll find. Even though they are new they are busy but they make you feel like family. They got me taken care of months before anyone else would have been willing to even look at my car. They got my rental set up and kept my insurance company in the loop. They also kept me updated on the repair date and answered any questions I had. I picked up my car today and it looks amazing! They also cleaned it! Don’t take your car anywhere else, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Gerber! I hope I won’t need any repairs anytime soon but if I do, I’ll definitely be back!

There were many delays because of COVID related and insurance issues, but Gerber did a fantastic job taking care of my car. They spent the time necessary to make it right. Highly recommend.

Office staff were helpful and pleasant. Problem is that I live 45 minutes from this shop and, based on the shop's representations that the van was ready (rear hatch and back bumper had to be replaced), I took time off of work to drive there and pick it up. When I got into the van to leave, I found the backup sensors were showing error messages that they were not working. So I had to return several days later when the van was "ready" a second time. This cost me several hours away from work, which is a big problem.
