They claim they detail the car, but there’s grease all over the inside of my windshield and glove box, they have zero communication I had to call them multiple times to figure out what the heck’s going on with my car which almost took a month

I appreciated the thoroughness of the quote. The quickness and availability of getting my car in. The constant communication via text. You may want to add something though if you are wanting clients to respond to them. I wasn’t aware I was supposed to but I did appreciate getting them. Communication could have been better. Everyone was pleasant, but I felt unsure of the process. The work was well done. It was my first experience s p I felt like I was flying blind. Despite that, should it be necessary, I would definitely use them again.
