The service from the start was horrible! the rep didnt give me an estimate while I was there, said I'd get it via email the next day it never came. My adjuster had to call a week later and still had no estimate til I dropped it off. then, the rep didnt listen to what I said about a squeaking noise in my back tire so he called my adjuster to get an alignment on my back tire and of course my adjuster said NO. Then, the paint job is bad they missed a spot and there is a bubble in my back passenger door.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and customer service of the employees. Especially Shannon. Enterprise was very late in picking me up and Shannon didn't let more than a few minutes between calls contacting them to let them know how long I've been waiting. I also liked the way that I was notified of every event with regards to fixing my car and when it would be done. I'll always bring my business to Gerber now. Thank you very much.
