$1500 in repairs and they can't replace one of the lug nuts that the cap was broke off? then they told my wife, after they finished painting it they noticed some rust in the wheel well so they put Rust treatment on it. That tells me there an estimate was not very thorough if they notice the rust afterwards. Shouldn't that have been an area they check for damage after the accident?

Everyone was very helpful, especially Jeremiah, who helped me install my carseat base (then got stuck in the backseat due to child locks, haha) and even helped me remove it from the loaner. The vehicle looks great!
