Was satisfied with getting updates every Tuesday and Thursday.. tho in the future I think I’ll just stick to calling as the text updates just made me more anxious to see my car.

Gabe was great at communicating with me about the repairs. And the team was able to complete my bumper repair for less then the original quote. The front desk was friendly and made me laugh. The service was professional and prompt. The whole team was great.

I’ve had collision centers that were a lot less forthcoming with information and who did not have a good estimate of how long repairs would take. This would not allow me to plan. However, Gerber did a wonderful job in this regard.

Everything worked great, and according to schedule. There were constant updates as the status and tracking to the schedule. All of the people involved were very courteous and professional. They even helped with getting rides and transferring cars when I needed that Assistance.
