After inspecting my car it was noticed the hatch back wasn’t working after several attempts. Amanda also try and gave me a peace of mind if I had to bring my car back to the shop. Your automated system is very poor due to several text with wrong information meaning, I had to call back to clarify. That’s not a big deal just an inconvenience. Savannah is very cordial with excellent customer service. Amanda is very professional, caring and always answering any questions ensuring customers like me understands. Thank ladies!
